To make a purchase order, you must access www.kidshousefurniture.com and follow the steps below.
First, you should register as a customer at the website by filling out the electronic form, following the instructions at each step. After registration, you may proceed to the purchase(s) of your product(s).
It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that all necessary data are given correctly and completely, because only in this way Kids House can ensure the acceptance of the order and subsequent delivery.
Throughout the website, the customers can view all items available and variants and can select those that best serve their purpose of acquisition. You must enter those that wish to purchase to the basket and can, whenever you want, delete any of the articles previously inserted therein. Once the selection process, you should review your order and check that it is conform. You should then proceed to payment, thereby confirming the order.
Shipping costs are billed for each order, and presented before the order confirmation. You may opt for the shuttle service (in charge of a logistics partner country concerned) or pick-up of articles in the factory (only packaged in parts).
In the online store, the accepted payments are by Credit Card, PayPal and Bank Transfer, as indicated in the payment menu at the checkout, not being accepted any other means of payment.
For the first option, the following are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express. The customer must inform all the data requested. In the case of payment platform to inform the non-acceptance of the payment, the order will be canceled.
If you prefer the second platform will be redirected to the page of PayPal, where you can access your account and follow up the payment.
If you want to proceed with the Bank Transfer, the order amount will be transferred to the account with IBAN PT50-0033-0000-45492287730-05 and SWIFT-BCOMPTPL. During the process, you should make indication of the order number to which the transfer relates (under possible miscommunication and effective customer identification).
The customer must pay the exact amount specified in the confirmation of each order, and must do so using only the above-described methods of payment. Otherwise, if you attempt to use another not planned mode of payment, Kids House shall not be liable for the loss of payment or any other damages caused by that.
After making your purchase, the Customer will receive an automatic email to confirm the transaction to be printed or saved for future reference.
Your order will be processed only after confirmation of the respective payment. In case of non-payment or non-performance or non-confirmation of the General Conditions, Kids House reserves the right to not accept the customer's order, or cancel it, even after the automatic confirmation.
Kids House reserves the right not to confirm and / or to deliver the ordered products, regardless of the reason and disclaims liability for any damages or costs, if:
In any of these cases, Kids House informs the customer by e-mail about this situation of the sale confirmation impossibility and the consequent cancellation of the order, returning the amount paid for the items.
Where the customer opts for the transport service, it will be provided by the carrier. The day and time for delivery shall be defined by mutual agreement after receiving e-mail. At the time of delivery, you must check / inspect the packaging and products shipped in order to ascertain their condition or damage. If you notice any nonconformity or damage to the products, you have a responsibility to alert the technician, referring to the damage in the document delivery and inform Kids House.
If you wish to submit any claim relating to the discharge and / or assembly, should be sent by email to Kids House, and complemented with photos.
